Rental price

Deposit

Deposit after the return
After the return, we immediately arrange for the deposit to become available again. How quickly you see it depends on your bank.
The available payment methods are shown in your offer or when you pay. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear when they are available for your payment.

DEPOSIT
Separate from the rental price.
The deposit is held as security. Before handover, we explain the amount, suitable card and when the deposit becomes available again.
MILEAGE
Included and additional mileage clearly separated.
The planned total distance is stated in advance. Additional kilometres are charged only at the published rate for the vehicle.
FUEL & CHARGING
Documented handover level.
Combustion and hybrid vehicles are returned with the same recorded fuel level. Rechargeable vehicles follow the charge level agreed by email.
DRIVERS
Minimum age and licence history depend on the vehicle.
Porsche and Mercedes: minimum age 25 and licence held for three years. Tesla: minimum age 23 and licence held for two years. The insurance rules also apply.
CROSS-BORDER
Include your route in advance.
Include planned countries and the route in your enquiry. You receive confirmation by email before handover.
DOCUMENTS & RESERVATION
Everything is clarified in writing before handover.
The main and additional drivers bring their valid driving licence plus an original ID card or passport. For licences from third countries or without Latin script, we clarify in advance whether an international driving permit or certified translation is required.
An enquiry remains non-binding. Once you confirm a booking, only the cancellation and no-show rules in your personal offer and rental agreement apply. We do not publish a generic fee that may not match your booking.
FROM 20 DAYS
For longer rentals, we do not simply multiply the daily rate.
Duration, monthly mileage, vehicle and use determine the monthly or total price. The long-term form therefore does not show a generic automatic price.

Do I receive the exact vehicle selected?+
Yes. Your enquiry relates to the exact vehicle shown, not an anonymous category. If a technical or safety issue prevents it from being supplied, we will personally agree a suitable alternative, different date or refund with you.
Can I hire an SUV in Munich?+
Yes. For SUV hire in Munich, the Porsche Macan and two Mercedes-Benz GLE variants are available depending on the selected dates. You always enquire about the exact vehicle shown.
Can I rent a Porsche in Munich, Germany?+

Is my enquiry immediately binding?+
No. Your enquiry remains non-binding until it has been reviewed by us and confirmed by email by PRESTIVEX.
How quickly will I receive a reply?+
Every enquiry is reviewed personally and we respond as quickly as possible. For short-notice dates, we recommend enquiring early.
Which documents do I need?+
Every driver must present a valid ID card or passport and the original driving licence. A licence not issued in Latin script also requires an international driving permit or recognised translation.

How does the deposit work?+
The deposit is for the selected vehicle and handled separately from the rental price. The amount, payment method and release are confirmed in your personal offer and rental agreement.
When is the deposit released?+
After a successful return inspection, PRESTIVEX initiates release without delay and within 24 hours. The time before the funds become visible then depends on the bank.
