Do I receive the exact vehicle selected?+
Yes. Your enquiry relates to the exact vehicle shown, not an anonymous category. If a technical or safety issue prevents it from being supplied, we will personally agree a suitable alternative, different date or refund with you.
Can I hire an SUV in Munich?+
Yes. For SUV hire in Munich, the Porsche Macan and two Mercedes-Benz GLE variants are available depending on the selected dates. You always enquire about the exact vehicle shown.
Can I rent a Porsche in Munich, Germany?+
Yes. PRESTIVEX offers the Porsche Macan for self-drive rental in Munich. Availability, price, included mileage, deposit and driver requirements are shown before you enquire.
Is my enquiry immediately binding?+
No. Your enquiry remains non-binding until it has been reviewed by us and confirmed by email by PRESTIVEX.
How quickly will I receive a reply?+
Every enquiry is reviewed personally and we respond as quickly as possible. For short-notice dates, we recommend enquiring early.
Which documents do I need?+
Every driver must present a valid ID card or passport and the original driving licence. A licence not issued in Latin script also requires an international driving permit or recognised translation.
Which minimum age and licence rules apply?+
Porsche Macan and Mercedes-Benz GLE: minimum age 25 and licence held for three years. Tesla Model 3: minimum age 23 and licence held for two years.
Can another person drive?+
Yes. One additional driver is included with a pure standard weekend rate or an explicitly selected weekend package. Daily and mixed rates carry a one-off 35 € charge. We need their details before the drive. The same age and licence rules apply as for the main driver.
How does the deposit work?+
The deposit is for the selected vehicle and handled separately from the rental price. The amount, payment method and release are confirmed in your personal offer and rental agreement.
When is the deposit released?+
After a successful return inspection, PRESTIVEX initiates release without delay and within 24 hours. The time before the funds become visible then depends on the bank.
Do prices include VAT?+
Yes. Published total prices include 19% VAT.
What is included in the daily rate?+
The exact vehicle selected, the included mileage shown for that vehicle and the services confirmed in your offer. Deposit, fuel, charging, tolls, parking and additional mileage are handled separately.
What happens if I drive additional kilometres?+
You can pre-book +100, +200 or +500 km for the selected vehicle. Unused package kilometres expire on return. Beyond that, the published additional-mileage rates apply: Macan 1.40 €/km, GLE 400 e 1.60 €/km, GLE 450 1.70 €/km, Tesla 0.60 €/km.
What does the weekend rate include?+
The price and included mileage depend on the vehicle. The exact values are shown on the pricing page and in your calculation.
How does multi-week or long-term rental work?+
Published short-term calculation remains available through 19 days. From 14 days, you can also request a personal comparison; from 20 days, we prepare only an individual multi-week or long-term offer based on duration, mileage, vehicle and intended use. The 20-day threshold is a PRESTIVEX pricing rule, not a tax-law definition.
Where does handover take place?+
At the agreed meeting point in Munich. You receive the location and time by email in advance.
Are weekend handovers available?+
Yes, by prior arrangement. Regular handovers and returns take place between 08:00 and 20:00.
How is vehicle condition documented?+
Condition, existing damage, mileage and fuel or charge level are recorded together at handover and return.
Can I travel abroad?+
Only with prior written approval. Include the destination or route in your enquiry.
Are pets allowed?+
No. Pets are not permitted in PRESTIVEX vehicles.
May I smoke or vape in the vehicle?+
No. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes and similar products are prohibited.
At what fuel level should I return the vehicle?+
At the same documented fuel level as at handover. The specific arrangement is recorded in the handover documents.
At what charge level should I return the Tesla?+
The Tesla is supplied with at least 80% and should be returned with at least 20%, unless a different arrangement is confirmed in your offer.
What happens if I return late?+
Inform PRESTIVEX immediately. An extension is valid only after express confirmation; any costs are calculated according to the agreed terms.
What should I do after an accident?+
Make the scene safe, help anyone injured, call 112 if there is danger or injury, document everything and contact PRESTIVEX immediately. Do not admit liability.
What should I do after a breakdown or warning message?+
Stop in a safe place, continue only if clearly safe to do so, and contact PRESTIVEX or the assistance provider listed in your handover documents.
What happens if I lose a key?+
Contact PRESTIVEX immediately. Replacement, programming, transport and assistance are charged according to the actual work required.
