The weekend rate applies from Friday 4:00 p.m. to Monday 10:00 a.m. Outside this period, every started 24-hour period is charged as an additional rental day. The deposit is not part of the rental price.

Payment, deposit and insurance excess

Rental price: Payment by credit card, debit card or bank transfer.

Deposit: A security amount blocked on a credit card at vehicle handover. Advance bank transfer is possible after individual approval.

Insurance excess: The renter's maximum contribution for an insured claim under the rental agreement. The insurance excess is not the same as the deposit.

Fuel policy: Combustion and hybrid vehicles are handed over with a documented fuel level and must be returned with the same fuel level.

Charging policy: Chargeable vehicles are handed over with at least 80% battery and must be returned with the agreed charge level. Charging costs and Supercharger use are borne by the renter.

Permitted countries: Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and France. Every cross-border trip must be confirmed in writing before the rental begins.


The enquiry is non-binding. A rental agreement is concluded only after availability, identity and driving licence checks and confirmation by both parties.
