If you arrive before the congress or leave after it, request the whole rental period. This avoids treating the official four congress days as if they were your entire Munich itinerary.
International arrivals and luggage
Include your flight day, hotel area, passenger count and luggage. For long-haul visitors, a realistic handover window matters more than an optimistic touchdown time.
ICM days versus regional travel
Public transport can be efficient for the congress venue itself. The car creates more value for meetings elsewhere in Munich, supplier or hospital visits, and approved travel outside the city.
